The camp’s philosophy and curriculum have been developed specifically with girls in mind. We are proud to have had our lessons developed by the Women’s Sports Foundation whose “programs aim to fulfill the myriad needs of girls and women in sports, needs that are identified through expert, evidence-based Foundation research. [Their] programs help shape healthy bodies, sound minds and aspirations for success on the fields, in the classrooms and in the boardrooms across the country. Girls and boys play sports together and at times may play separately. The girls also meet separately to discuss topics that are relevant for female campers.

  • Sports may include field hockey, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and softball.
  • Our off-the-field discussions focus on character development, confidence, self-esteem, making healthy decisions, nutrition, and body image.
  • Female coaches and junior coaches as discussion leaders
